About Cover

The cover shows a schematic diagram of the axial model of cardiac MyBPC. Motifs 7-10 are arranged axially along the myosin backbone and are able to interact with titin. The N-terminus reaches out to interact with the myosin crossbridge and/or actin (see page 95-110 of this issue by Oakley et al. for more details).
