Repurposing FBP1: dephosphorylating IκBα to suppress NFκB

A new study published in Cell Research demonstrated that fructose 1,6-bisphosphatase 1 directly dephosphorylates IκBα to suppress NFκB activation and modulate the tumor immune microenvironment.
